Using Mobile Devices @ UNH
UNH IT recognizes the value of mobile devices. In an effort to help clients we have collected information that will support accessing UNH resources while on campus. Keep the following in mind regarding support for your device:
- UNH IT will provide configuration support for the secured UNH wireless network. Support for connecting to 3G or 4G networks and all other wireless networks should be directed to your carrier.
- Basic configuration support will be provided for Exchange email, unh-highspeed wireless, and recommended security settings. For all other help visit manufacturer/provider websites to learn about specific features.
- Mobile device manufacturers (Apple, Blackberry, etc.) release updates without prior notice that could impact your current functionality. UNH IT looks to the campus community to communicate and work with us when accessing UNH resources is impacted.
- UNH IT Security recommends understanding USNH Security Policies to assure compliance on all mobile devices. Please review recommended security settings as available.
