New versions of software are tested by UNH IT staff for six weeks after being released.
After that time, UNH IT staff will be better prepared to answer questions and be aware of potential compatibility issues.

Yosemite - OS X 10.10

Users of OSX Yosemite, Apple's newest Mac operating system, may notice that their wireless connections are unstable and/or excessively slow. Apple's forums indicate this is a global issue.
If you are currently using Yosemite and have noticed wireless connectivity problems since upgrading, please run the configuration applet here. If the issue persists, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.
UNH Telecom is working with Cloudpath, our vendor for wireless configuration software, to monitor Apple's response to the issue. Updates will be provided on it.unh.edu as they become available.
