Access to Exchange Online Archiving folders via Outlook has been restored.

Some users are unable to access their Exchange Online Archive folder via Outlook. If you need to access information in your online archive, please use the Outlook Web App at https://exchange.unh.edu. System administrators are working to resolve the issue.

This issue was resolved at approximately 3:45 PM yesterday, Tuesday, April 21.

Blackboard Transact allows Cat's Cache users to add funds via Blackboard. The system was reported as being unavailable at approximately 9:00 PM on Monday, April 20. System administrators are aware of the issue and are working with the vendor to restore service. 

Users wishing to make a deposit to their account can use the ‘Guest Deposit’ function found on the MyUNH home page before logging in.

Resolved: Unplanned Service Interruption: Baxter Print Server on Weds. 4/15

Networked printing services hosted on Baxter have been restored.

An automated update from our vendor included a firewall policy which blocked traffic to Baxter. The policy was updated at 1:00 PM to restore normal functionality.

Any users with critical printing needs are encouraged to call the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242. A technical workaround is available while system administrators are working on a resolution.

The print server Baxter is currently experiencing issues. Users of UNH networked printers may find that they are unable to print this morning. System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
