Unplanned Service Interruption: Xfinity on Campus on iOS8

The Xfinity on Campus, a media streaming service offered to residents of UNH Residence Halls, currently does not work on iOS 8, Apple's newest mobile operating system.

Xfinity on Campus engineers are working to resolve the issue.

AppMan was briefly unavailble this morning. System administrators have restarted the service and AppMan is now available.

Access has been restored to Webcat and Parent Portal.

Some users are currently receiving an error when accessing Webcat and Parent Portal. System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Xfinity on Campus now works on Chrome. Please make sure you have applied all recent patches and updates for Chrome.

There is currently an issue when accessing Xfinity on Campus via the Google Chrome web browser. Xfinity on Campus, a media streaming service offered to residents of UNH Residence Halls, is accessible through all other web browsers.

Xfinity on Campus engineers are working to resolve the issue over the weekend.In the interim, please access the service using a browser other than Chrome.

At 4:55PM, there was a momentary loss of network connectivity for users on the Connect VPN. Logging out of and back into the VPN restored connectivity. 

If you are still experiencing difficulties, please reconnect to the VPN. If you continue to experience connectivity issues, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.

Macintosh computers in the Student Computer Clusters System are currently unavailable due to a central hardware failure. Administrators are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
