Password creation has been restored to full functionality.

Some users may receive system error messages when attempting to create passwords on UNH sites such as Blackboard and the IT Accounts page. System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. If you have any questions, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.
Unplanned Service Interruption: Remedy Status Field on Mon. 5/20

When creating a new Incident in Remedy (IT's incident tracking system), some users are finding that the Status field reads "SLM Real Time Status" and has unfamiliar drop down items. If you notice this behavior in your Remedy instance, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242. 

Administrators will work on Remedy at 5:00PM today to resolve the issue system-wide.

The WebI servers have been rebooted and are functioning normally.

The WebIntelligence reporting servers are experiencing intermittent issues. As a result, system administrators will be rebooting the servers to resolve the issue. There will be a momentary interruption of service to the few users logged into WebI. If you are unable to reconnect to WebI, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.

Network administrators have identified the source of the problem and have resolved the issue.
