There is a short planned maintenance outage for the Xfinity On Campus Storefront Thursday, March 26, to correct an issue where users are redirected back to the login page after entering their credentials.
The planned maintenance window is from 11am EST – 12:30pm EST. The expectation is that during this time you’ll most likely get a timeout error when trying to access the www.xfinityoncampus.com or http://xfinityoncampus.com sites. This outage is only scoped for the www.xfinityoncampus.com and http://xfinityoncampus.com URL’s. Students will still be able to stream video via the video player (university.ccp.xcal.tv) or the apple/android apps.
Maintenance has been scheduled for Famis and Famis Self Service on Sunday, March 29, from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. During the maintenance window, Famis and Famis Self Service will be unavailable.
Network equipment maintenance has been scheduled for Saturday, March 21, from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
This maintenance will have impact in multiple locations. Please see below:
UNH Durham - Internet and Internet 2 traffic will route to secondary pathways. There is a potential for performance impact during the maintenance.
UNHM-UNH Law- Internet and Durham connectivity will be offline during the cutover.
IDM and Intercampus Connectivity to KSC/PSU – Unaffected.
USNH Wide Area Network sites:
All Cooperative Ext sites including Mast Road - Internet and UNH connectivity offline.
All GSC sites – Internet connectivity offline. Intercampus traffic should still route.
IOD VPN – VPN tunnel will be down during the maintenance.
Newcastle and Jackson Lab – Internet and UNH connectivity offline.
Burley-Demeritt – Internet and UNH connectivity offline.
ConnectNH services - Offline for all video and Internet services.
Oyster River HS – Offline
Crotched Mountain – Offline
North Country Education services – Offline
CCSNH – Chancellor’s Office – Rochester Internet and intranet will be offline.
On March 15, UNH IT will perform a hardware upgrade from 4:00 AM until 12:00 PM. This maintenance will impact all UNH IT-supplied services. During this time, access to all UNH IT-supplied services will be unavailable to UNH, GSC, KSC, UNH-M, UNH Law, PSU, and USNH. General Internet service to all campuses should not be impacted.
