UNH IT will be performing a Blackboard Service Pack upgrade on Sunday, May 19, 2012. The current Blackboard version 9.1 Service Pack 9 will be upgraded to version 9.1 Service Pack 11. Blackboard may be unavailable until 4 p.m. If you have any questions, contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 862-4242.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed on the Remedy Production servers (itsupport.unh.edu) on Sunday, May 5, between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Web-based application access will be unavailable during this time period.

UNH Information Technology Systems Weekly Maintenance Window

UNH Information Technology reserves each Sunday morning from 2:00AM to 12:00PM to perform application and system maintenance. During this time, access to UNH IT-managed applications and/or systems may not be available.

Note: IT will notify the UNH community when maintenance is scheduled for the UNH Network and Telecommunications systems.
