UNH Telecom will be applying a patch to the UNH voicemail system starting on Friday 10/24 at 6:00pm. The update will affect all message retrieval, creation, and access to the UNH voicemail service during a window of a few hours between 6:00-11:30 PM.

Banner Finance/HR, WISE and, Workflow and Xtender for Finance/HR will be unavailable from Friday, 10/17 at 5:00 PM until Monday, 10/20 at 7:00 AM for a Banner upgrade.

Telecom will be applying a service pack update to the Avaya voicemail system on Friday, October 10 from 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM, though the maintenance may only take 2-3 hours. During the maintenance window, the update will impact all access to the Avaya voicemail service including message retrieval and creation.

Banner Student/Advancement, Webcat, WebROCK, Parent Portal, Workflow for Student and Xtender for Student will be unavailable from 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM on Tuesday, October 7 for the installation of a Banner Student patch (Student 8.6.6.2).

UNH Information Technology reserves each Sunday morning from 2:00AM to 12:00PM to perform application and system maintenance. During this time, access to UNH IT-managed applications and/or systems may not be available.

Note: IT will notify the UNH community when maintenance is scheduled for the UNH Network and Telecommunications systems.
