Accounts impacted by the Login Help Services:
These services will set your password for all accounts listed below.
Administrative AD Account Holders:
- An on campus, hardwired connection is recommended when resetting or changing your password using Login Help.
- Re-boot your computer after changing your password if you experience any problems with secure wireless, file shares or e-mail.
- Keep in mind that this will also change your Blackboard, Exchange, SharePoint and AD password. Check out the list at accounts.unh.edu to learn of other accounts impacted.
- If you have a mobile device tied to UNH E-mail remember to update your password on that device.
