Video Conferencing

What is Videoconferencing?

A videoconference is a live connection between people in separate locations, using high-bandwidth video and audio transmission. Videoconferencing creates a sense of presence, promoting productive interactivity between sites around the state, the nation and the world.

Why Video Conference?

These resources are free to UNH faculty for academic use for all courses available through the Registrar’s Office during fall semester 2011, and are fee-based for non-academic uses. The Distance Learning Studio includes a six-person conference room, and a 30-person learning facility. Both are equipped with high-definition video and audio equipment, and are staffed by an on-location expert.

If you are interested in setting up a video conference event, call the Academic Technology Customer Service Desk at 603.862.7039
