On Monday, May 4, 2009, Joanna Young took office as UNH Associate Vice President-Chief Information Officer (AVP-CIO), and brings over 20 years of IT leadership and experience to the campus community. Read her bio here.
The UNH AVP-CIO supplies the University with leadership in the areas of information technology (IT) infrastructure and services. These technologies and services are specifically designed to meet the requirements identified in the UNH Academic Plan. The AVP-CIO is also responsible for providing leadership and guidance to UNH Computing & Information Services (CIS), a department centered on supplying IT services and support to over 20,000 UNH students, faculty and staff, as well as USNH enterprise systems.
